를 대충 읽어봤습니다.

전혀 한국편이 아니고, 미국편인 사람이더라구요.

심지어, 핵폭탄은 일본이 갖는 것이 더 좋다. 왜냐하면 한국은 

First, while developing its failed nuclear weapons program in the 1970s, South Korea “displayed a pattern of deception, manipulation, evasion, or even obstruction of the expressed [geopolitical] interests of” the United States.

결론

저 글을 쓰신 분 성향은 철저하게 미국을 중심으로 사고하는 매파인것 같고, 일본을 더 선호하고,  한국의 보수(라고 쓰고 호구라고 읽는) 정권을 선호하는 것 같습니다.
